__	Fire/Hazard/Homeowner's Insurance - call insurance company
__	Have you locked in your interest rate?

__	Inspection reports

Has the settlement been scheduled with the following people?

__	Realtor / Real Estate Agent?
__	Borrower
__	Loan Officer

Are the loan conditions met?

__	They must be met no less than (5) days before Closing.

Have you set up your utilities?

__	Cable / Satellite
__	Waste Pickup

Bring these to the closing meeting!
